Flips Gymnastics

This program is especially designed for preschool and kindergarten youngsters.

Each child will have the opportunity to integrate a variety of physical and mental activities in a safe and positive learning environment. These children work on gross motor and basic gymnastics skills. Fundamental classes are 45 minutes, with the exception of Gym Dandies Extended classes for some kindergartners.

Diaper Daredevils

Walking through 2½ years old, parents participate with their child.

These classes are for children who are entering first grade and higher.

Multiple classes are held at each time scheduled. The children are divided by age and skill level where appropriate to achieve maximum progress and stimulation. This also makes promotions easier on our "taxi drivers." Classes at this level are 75 minutes. At Flips Gymnastics our ultimate goal is to provide safe, competent instruction. We strive to help each child build self-esteem, confidence, and a love for physical fitness.

Girls Junior Progressive

1st - 2nd grade.

These classes are for school-aged children who have been invited by their coaches to be in advanced classes
